Psalm 127:3– Children are a blessing and a gift from the Lord.
Let me introduce you to our newest grandchild, Jensyn Rose. She arrived May 20th at 5 lbs. 6 oz. She is pictured here with her dad, Darran, and Hubby Rick. Her Vielhuber siblings are Waylan, Ellie and Dylan.
This little peanut is our sixth grandchild. Each of these grandchildren is different and unique. Each is special in Rick and my lives. We truly know and believe each is a blessing and gift from the Lord. Each time another grandchild arrives, we believe our love does not become divided between more kids or grandkids. Quite the contrary. Rather love multiples and expands as another little person wiggles their way into our hearts and lives.
We pray that Jensyn will come to know our Creator, Redeemer and Sustainer in a very special way. We celebrate her little life, her parents, her siblings, her cousins and the opportunity to create special memories for years and years to come.
For another special little person in our lives, I am grateful.
Lord God – Thank you for the gift of Jensyn Rose. We pray that you will cover her with a shroud of our love and protection. May our love for her and all of our grandchildren only grow day by day. Amen.
